Shibli Jamal Asad is the founder of Effortless Group Africa, bringing a strong background in business, consulting, and research. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently a PhD candidate specializing in renewable energy economics.
With experience in entrepreneurship, training, and multi-sector business development, he leads the company’s vision of providing practical, scalable solutions across Africa. His work focuses on bridging global sourcing opportunities with local market needs, particularly in energy, trade, and industrial development.
Gerhard Fisher – Co-Founder & Technical Director (Hydro Systems)
Gerhard Fisher is a mechanical engineer and an expert in hydro energy project development. He brings extensive technical experience in designing, developing, and implementing small-scale and industrial energy systems.
His expertise strengthens the company’s capacity in renewable energy solutions, particularly in micro-hydro systems and engineering applications for sustainable development.
Lorrain – Co-Founder & Electrical Engineer / Digital Systems Lead
Lorrain is a practicing electrical engineer with expertise in sustainable energy systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
In addition to her engineering role, she contributes to digital strategy and marketing systems, helping position Effortless Group Africa in modern, technology-driven markets.
Shagia Praise – Administration & Finance
Shagia Praise is an administration expert with a background in accounting, social work, and organizational management.
She oversees administrative operations, financial coordination, and internal processes, ensuring the company runs efficiently while maintaining strong organizational structure and accountability.
